Credit/Debit Card

Credit / Debit card is by far the easiest and safest payment option as all payments are processed though our 128 bit Encrypted payment portal.
in conjuction with SecureTrading who are fully accredited as a Level 1 compliant provider
the highest level of compliance - under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

PayPal

PayPal is one of the safest, most widely accepted ways to pay for your purchases on the Internet. It lets you use funds from either your bank account or credit card; and you can use it with confidence: Your transactions are protected by PayPal's sophisticated fraud prevention system.

If you do not wish to pay by card we also offer a select range of alternative payment methods as stated below;

• Direct Money Payment
• Cash On Collection (Through our Trade Shop)

If you decide to use an alternative payment method please ensure that you mark down the correct price (including VAT and shipping) and your order number to use as reference to the payment. Place the order as normal, making sure to select the correct payment method as well as contacting Bonnymans member of staff to inform us of your payment method. Failure to do this may result in a delay to your order.

Please note: With any goods paid for by cheque please allow for up to 4 working days, from the date the cheque was paid in, for shipment of the items.

When joining the website to purchase an item please ensure that the first address you supply is the correct billing address for the payment card held by your bank. If you are unsure at any point please contact you bank to confirm the correct billing address, this will speed up the processing of your order and ensure we will not need to contact you for further information.

Delivery

With our standard delivery service, you should expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 working days.

As we provide both hazardous and non hazardous chemical goods, we use a network of specialised couriers and have options from single items to bulk tanker loads.

Our shipping is charged by weight (kg's) and when purchasing in our shop, we will work out the most efficient shipping method for you, taking into account the weight, pack size and whether it is a hazardous or non hazardous product.

NB. Shipping weights displayed on the website will usually cover the actual product and associated pagaging for shipping. Many chemicals and products have different Specific Gravity Weights.

A Valid contact telephone number, is required to assist our couriers with the safe and speedy delivery of your order.**

Please let us know if you have any requirements to aid with your delivery, e.g. tail lift would be required, or you cannot accept delivery on a particular day.
