Ordered and first and second delivery never reached the DX delivery depot but DX have recieves the item.
Rang up and spoke to Jade and she could not do no more to help with the situation that is out of there hands as the courier had collected but not delivered, once I informed Jade that the same item had happened for the second time she instantly had another one put on a different courier and shipped out the next day.
Absolutely top class service would certainly use again and recommend.
